About this policy
This page explains how Food Simply, LLC may communicate with you by text message and how to control those communications. By calling our published business phone number, you may receive a single automated reply text if we are unable to answer your call in time.
Our public phone disclosure
Wherever our phone number is published, the following disclosure accompanies it:
By calling Food Simply at (916) 573-0532, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from Food Simply via MadaSync about your inquiry, including missed-call follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How text messages work
Food Simply uses an automated messaging system to make sure no client inquiry slips through when our team can't answer the phone. Here is what happens:

You call our business number at (916) 573-0532.

If we cannot answer in time, our system records the missed call.

We send one automatic text message to the number you called from, letting you know we received your call and inviting you to reply with what you need.

If you reply, your message comes directly to us and we will follow up as a normal conversation.

If you do not reply, no further automated messages are sent. The conversation ends there.
This reply is a customer-care response to your call. It is not marketing, not a promotional offer, and not part of any mailing list.
Sample message
"Hi, this is Food Simply via MadaSync. Sorry we missed your call — reply here with what you need and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency and cost

Frequency: One automatic message per missed call. Most conversations stay between one and three messages total.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Food Simply does not charge you for messages you receive.
Opting out
You can stop receiving these messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send, and you will be removed from our automated messaging immediately and permanently. We also honor the following words: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE.
Reply HELP to any message to get our contact information and instructions for opting out.
Once you opt out, we will not send you automated messages again unless you specifically ask us to and we re-enroll you manually after confirming your request.
Privacy
We do not sell your phone number, and we never share your mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
