Camille McArdle-Hankin, Founder
Camille McArdle-Hankins' passion for people and exceptional cuisine inspired her to create Food Simply.
Her journey began in restaurant kitchens, where she quickly uncovered two fundamental truths:
1. Unless you're the owner or the executive chef, your input on the menu often goes unheard.
2. Guest interaction is limited, frequently reduced to handling complaints when food is sent back.
These realizations, coupled with exhaustive hours and devaluing pay, motivated Camille to leave the traditional restaurant industry.
If you meet Camille, you'll immediately notice her profound dedication and love for her team and her clients.
She is deeply committed to being a leader who uplifts, inspires, and supports her chefs, fostering their dreams and creativity.
When not at a Food Simply event, Camille enjoys spending time with friends or hosting gatherings in her home.
