This August dinner will take place in El Dorado Hills. The venue is outside a beautiful residential custom home that offers a grand fine dining experience.

Yoga & Superfood Brunch

This is the perfect way to start the weekend! Bringing together two of my favorite things: yoga and smoothie bowls! 

This is a pop-up yoga class and brunch offered to anyone in the community! It will be an all levels vinyasa flow class led by Patricia Hogan! 

Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis, there will always be options to deepen any pose.

After the hour-long yoga stretch, Food Simply will be creating superfood smoothie bowls! Of course, all the bowls will be 100% vegan, organic, sugar-free! 

ABUNDANCE ACAI BOWL includes: 
A blend of organic unsweetened Acai, Banana, unsweetened almond milk, and topped with homemade gluten-free, sugar-free granola, fresh fruit, hemp hearts, coconut shreds, goji berries, and raw nut butter. 

* Any allergens can be addressed with a 3-day notice. 

Ticket includes:

- hour long outdoor yoga class
- 1 superfood smoothie bowl
- engagement with community

Vegan Cooking Demos At California State Fair

July 13, 2018

Join me at the Grill on Friday the 13th at 1- 2:00 pm, and at the Cooking Theater on Friday, July 27  at 3-4:00 pm.

Come learn how to cook simple, flavorful, nutritious, cruelty-free food. Chef Camille has a passion for cooking vegan farm-to-table recipes, which has emerged from her concerns about the current environmental state of our planet, the unjust treatment of animals, and the epidemic of health problems that exist due to the food we eat. Come sample some delicious summer classics– Burgers, Mac N' Cheese & Chocolate Pudding, ALL Veganized. You'll definitely learn how easy it is to incorporate more plants into your diet.

The goal is simple but, unfortunately, hard to come by: to host exquisite dinners, bring community together, and share a healthy meal around the table. Come as you are and join me in the gift of food, community, and conversation for this exciting new dinner series!

 

The menu for the dinner will be emailed out to attendees, but I can assure you it will be a 3 course, ALL vegan, whole-foods! In addition, all produce will be organic and locally sourced! Reserve seat below for the suggested donation of $45 dollars.

Eating healthy in college can be a difficult challenge with moving out, being independent, and learning to grocery shop and cook for yourself...it can all be a real struggle. 

 

However, I am happy to tell you it is not impossible! Come join us at this student event and learn tricks and tools too eat healthily, shop smart, and save time!

 

Eating healthy is incredibly important especially for college students! Studies show that the brain cannot think and function to its fullest potential when the body is deprived of real, healthy, whole foods! 

 

Eating right will help with weight management, acne, menstrual pain, and increase libido, all things important to college students!

Salad in A Jar Party

A party dedicated to health, community, and conversation! At this event, we will be making salads based on the ingredients each guest brings. So please join us an bring your favorite salad ingredient! 

 

Organic, kale, arugula, and spring mix will be provided as well as an assortment of home-made vegan dressings.
